30 Day Limited Warranty:

 AZ Smoke Free, LLC. warrants only to the original purchasers of this product from azsmokefree.com that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for 30 days after date of purchase. This warranty does not cover any defects or costs caused by:
1) modification, alteration, repair or service of this product by any persons or company other than AZ Smoke Free, LLC ;
2) physical abuse to, or misuse of the product or operation thereof in a manner inconsistent with the use indicated in the instructions; or
3) any use of the product other than that for which it was intended

The following warranty is soley for the purchaser's recourse. 

Because of the corporate health policy that's in place for the protection of our customers, cartridges or e-liquid may not be returned for a refund, due to the product not being re-distributable.

Replacement or repair of product is your exclusive remedy under this warranty.

Subject to the above warranty, in the event that your AZ Smoke Free device fails to operate satisfactorily, please simply follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Email our Customer Support Department at support@azsmokefree.com.  Please label your email subject line, "Request for Return." In the body of your email, please include your:

       (a) full contact information including your first and last name, and/or company name.

       (b) order number.

       (c) date purchased.

       (d) telephone number.  

       (e) fax (if applicable)

       (f) email address.

       (g) complete shipping address.

       (h) the reason for the return, providing an explanation of the difficulty you are experiencing with the device and/or any of its components.

       *All of the information entries above are required for processing your request.*

2. Within 48 hours of our receipt of your email, our Customer Support Department will review the information you have provided. Please do not send any product to us until you have received correspondence from one of our Customer Support Representatives. Once you have received confirmation to return your item(s), please package your component(s) securely, and include within your package a copy of the email from our Customer Support Department, as well as a copy of the original invoice. Please do not send us your entire starter kit if you are experiencing an issue with only a product component. Mail any product returns to the following address: AZ Smoke Free, LLC. P.O. 3. After your components have been received by our Customer Support Department, your replacement order/return will be processed and shipped back to you. Please allow up to five (5) business days from the date we received your package for processing.
